As a small business owner and proven job creator, Sam McCann knows that overtaxing and over regulating will not put Illinois back to work. For the past 17 years, he has owned a construction company and employed hundreds of people. Instead of taxing new businesses out of Illinois, he’ll work to create tax incentives and stop over regulation of employers so jobs come back to our communities.

Springfield is spending our tax dollars irresponsibly. Sam McCann will demand transparency and efficiency in government.
